Extreme Bungee Jump Day - 22nd June On the 22nd June we will be hosting a extreme bungee jumping day to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The main attraction will be a 200 foot bungee jump from a crane. There will also be a BBQ from 12-8pm, a beer tent, bouncy castle, free face painting and live music.

Adventure playground Coming soon for summer 2013 the Chequers Inn will have a new addition to their exquisite leafy garden, an exciting adventure playground. The play area will certainly keep the children entertained whilst you soak up the sun with a drink or two.

We used to use the pub but felt it had gone down hill. However some friends told us it was under new ownership so we decided to try it again. All I can say is fantastic !!! Superb food and great service ! The best Sunday lunch we have ever had out
